Most mothers begin six weeks after uncomplicated vaginal delivery; for C-section or complications we recommend medical clearance. Our therapist assesses healing and designs a gentle plan tailored to your recovery, ensuring safety and gradual progression.
A typical course ranges from eight to twelve sessions, though some clients need more depending on tissue laxity, pain or healing. Results build gradually; follow-up treatments and prescribed home practices help sustain reshaping and wellbeing.
Yes. Therapies are safe during breastfeeding when administered by trained therapists using gentle techniques and lactation-safe oils. We avoid systemic herbal medicines without physician approval and advise timing sessions around feeding for comfort.
Most reactions are mild: temporary soreness, light detox symptoms or increased sleepiness as your body heals. Serious reactions are rare. We screen health histories, modify treatments as needed and ask you to report persistent or worsening effects.
Sessions start with a health consultation, then abdominal and pelvic toning massage, back therapy, nourishing oil application, scalp treatment and guided postnatal exercises. Treatments typically last 60–90 minutes and include homecare advice.
Ayurvedic postnatal care supports emotional balance by easing pain, improving sleep and restoring hormonal and nervous system balance through massage, herbs and lifestyle guidance. It can reduce symptoms but is not a substitute for psychiatric care when needed.
