I had taken treatment for my right side C7 Cervical radiculopathy at Santhigram Jersey City location with Dr Ancy Thomson in August 2026. I took seven day panchkarma which included 7 days of abhyanga plus swedna for all 7 days and additional therapies like greeva basti, lepam, potli, enema basti along with herbal medicine and consultation. I will highly recommend Dr Ancy for her knowledge, dedication and patience. One suggestion given long back, they have not yet implemented. They are heating Abhyangam oil in non stick pan. Toxins from pan can get into the body through the oil. Pls look into that feedback. If feedback form is asked to be filled in after treatment, it should be looked into, otherwise no.point....more

I have been receiving treatment at Santhigram for the past month, and before coming here, I never imagined that healing from my chronic issues was possible. Dr. Ambika Nair is a truly gifted and insightful doctor who treats her patients with immense compassion and humanity. She was able to identify both my spoken and unspoken concerns and get to the root cause of my problems, not just the symptoms.

I went to her at one of the lowest points of my life—my body had completely given up, I could barely get out of bed, and I was dealing with multiple physical and mental health challenges. Since starting treatment, I have been healing every day.

Within just two weeks of medications and therapies, my brain fog lifted, and I finally began to feel mentally clear, calm, and grounded again. I had forgotten what it felt like to feel normal.

It was really wonderful to see me, heal from all old pains and aches. I will definitely recommend this to anyone in terms to take a deep understanding of their health and mental health being. During the process of detoxification for seven days each day brought me to new realization and introduced me to my own body in a way that I had to learn to relax and take it easy.
